Ordering in our online store is easy and convenient​​​​​​​.

For special offers and easier check out, you can create an account in our store or check out as a guest.

Once the order is placed, you will receive an e-mail with confirmation of your order. 

Please note that some orders may arrive in a separate package as we ship from 2 different warehouses. 

CANCELLATION:

If you have placed an order in error, we ask you to contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

We will do our best to assist you any way we can.

Please note! It’s important that you contact us as soon as possible. We always strive for quick deliveries, but this does mean that we may not have much time to cancel your order.

We cannot make any changes (address, size, colour) once your order has been placed. Furthermore, we may be able to cancel the order if it has not been shipped yet, but you will need to place a new order if you want to change the size or colour of the item. 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Items in our online shop have stock and are ready to send. Any sizes that are out of stock are marked as unavailable.

On rare occasions at peak selling periods (like sales and Christmas) we may have some out of stock issues when few customers orders the same product at the same time, our system may take few minutes to update the stock and the items shown in stock may not be. This really happens, but if it does, we will always let you know. 

When we are unable to ship an already ordered item, we will fully refund you or not charge your card or PayPal account with the price of the article.

We work hard to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible. Occasionally errors occur with our stock syncing, although they are rare.

Our online products are regularly replenished, so it's worth checking back with us regularly.
